💳 How do I pay on even?
Paying for your license on even is easy and secure via our payment service provider, Stripe. Stripe is a globally established provider for online payments and guarantees a fast, encrypted and GDPR-compliant payment process.

🔁 Step-by-step: How payment via Stripe works
Log in to your provider dashboard.
Click on “Log in” at the top right of even-logistics.com and enter your login details.
Navigate to the “Manage subscription” section in the dashboard.T
This menu item can be found in the sidebar or in the user area of your profile. Here you can also see the current status of your license.
Select your desired license model.
You have the choice between:
even Basic - 99 €/month per solution
💡Tip: If you select multiple solutions, a discount per solution is automatically enabled in the Stripe checkout.
even Premium - 750 €/month per solution
Alternatively, you can opt for an annual subscription, which is significantly cheaper than monthly billing. The corresponding discount will be displayed directly in the Stripe checkout.
4. Click on “Activate license now” or “Complete payment”.
You will now be redirected to Stripe to complete the payment securely.
5. Stripe Checkout will open in a new window.
Enter the following information there:
Billing address (optional, depending on the payment method)
Email address for invoices
Payment method:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex etc.)
SEPA direct debit (for monthly billing)
Other options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay (depending on region & device)
6. Confirm payment.
After entering your details, click on “Subscribe” or “Pay now” to start the subscription.
7. Confirmation & redirection to even.
After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to even. Your license will be activated immediately and you will receive:
a confirmation email from Stripe
an invoice in PDF format
Access to all functions of your license package
📌 Note
Monthly vs. annual: If you opt for annual billing, you save compared to monthly payment. The price advantages are displayed transparently in the Stripe checkout.
Invoices & subscription status: You can find all billing information and the status of your subscription at any time under “Manage subscription” in your dashboard.
Automatic renewal: All subscriptions are automatically renewed based on the selected interval (monthly or annually), unless canceled beforehand.
Cancel or upgrade: You can cancel, switch or reactivate your subscription in the dashboard at any time. Stripe processes changes in real time.
Secure data processing: Your payment information is processed exclusively via Stripe. even does not have access to your credit card or bank details at any time.
