We love clear words and believe that an honest exchange is the key to greater transparency in the logistics market. Negative feedback and criticism are simply part of this. However, to ensure that this exchange remains appropriate and constructive, we have drawn up a few rules that must be observed when writing reviews and responding to reviews. If one of these rules is violated, we reserve the right to delete the corresponding review or reply.
We do not want to see the following:
Insulting or discriminatory remarks (e.g. of a racist, sexist or derogatory nature)
Naming names or personal characteristics that make it possible to identify individuals and private data
Off-topic content
Use of the rating function as advertising space
Destructive statements without substantiated content (e.g. "The solution is stupid" is not constructive criticism)
